1. With our leasing offer, you have the option of having your equipment insured. The most important points for you are: theft and repair. The fee for rental equipment is not included in the insurance. Detailed information can be found here.
2. What do I do if an insurance case arises? Call the following hotline from abcfinance: 0800 005 991 and send all ad confirmations and documents to flotte@koenig-landl.at.

1. Please make sure that you are looking for your car at the right spot. In some neighbourhoods it is easy to get lost and maybe search in the wrong street or in the wrong level of a multi-storey car park.
2. When you are sure that your car is no longer at its last location, immediately call the police. It may happen that – due to whatever reasons – it was towed. In such case the police can tell you where it had been taken to.
3. If this is not the case either, it is quite likely that you car was stolen. Please contact the police and make a theft report at the nearest police station.
   If possible, take some pictures of the place where the vehicle was parked. You will then get a theft report by the police.
4. After that please proceed to the next car registration office and deregister the stolen car.
5. For stolen power tools please also write an inventory list and make a theft report to the police.
6. Next, write to flotte@koenig-landl.at, tell us about the circumstances and send us all documents, in particular the theft report confirmation by the police and the inventory of all stolen items.

1. First of all, park your car safely, put on your safety vest, place a breakdown triangle 150 meters behind the car, bring yourself and all other persons involved into safety and then call for help.
2. Call the car breakdown service and provide your location as detailed as possible so they can find you as quickly as possible.
3. Then call the police, tell them your name and the place and a detailed description of the accident.
   In case of minor damage take pictures and make detailed notes and carefully drive the car to the shoulder. Persons involved in an accident must stay on site as long as it takes the police to record their personal data. This should be done only by the police and not by others.
4. While you are waiting you can already fill in an accident report and inform us at flotte@koenig-landl.at about the accident.

You are on a job site, busy and all of a sudden your equipment breaks down. Don’t panic! We will deliver replacement within no time and take the broken equipment to our workshop for repair. Just fill in the form; you will be able to get back to work soon.
