Upgrade WinCan V8 to WinCan VX

The existing software WinCan V8 works with a GIS license, which is no longer supported by WinCan since the introduction of WinCan VX.

Important news for our WinCan customers:

In existing WinCan installations the import of GIS data still works, but when you replace your computer or make a new installation the module can no longer be licensed.
As long as you get V8-compatible data you can still process GIS-relevant information without any issues. However, if you get data in the new WinCan VX format, these data cannot be imported in V8.
